自殺の多様性と「180度反転した殺人行為としての自殺」

生命倫理学の議論の中で日本と欧米の自殺の議論が違っていた記憶がある。現在の状況はどうなっているのだろうか全く知らないが、日本人の女性がアメリカの男性と激しく対立して、子供と一緒に心中すると、それ自体が「子供殺し」という犯罪になってしまうという話を聞いている。キリスト教の意義、そしてその原理がさまざまな点に意義を付けていく欧米の生命観については、まだわからないことが多い。たまたま読んだ記事について、当然のように正しく、私も賛成している議論があったのでメモ。生き残る人に対して悪意がこもった行為として自殺をする個人がいること、これは自殺というより殺人であり、「180度反転した殺人行為としての自殺」であること。
 
"The person who commits suicide puts his psychological skeleton in the survivor's emotional closet - he sentences the survivor to a complex of negative feels and, most importantly, to obsessing about the reasons for the suicide death"  
 
Freud and Menninger.  the desire to kill.  "Although the self is the obvious victim in all suicides, the intention of some is the wish to harm, hurt, or destroy another"  "Murder in one hundred and eighty degrees"  
 
Persons who harbor a hate so overpowering as to kill themselves to in order to hurt and harm others cannot be said to be truly alive.  
 
Suicide must be recognized to constitute a broad category as homicide does, containing within it distinctively different types.
