イギリスでの日本食をどう思いますか？色々と複雑な事情と背景がありますが、私は結構よく食べます。イギリスの空港に行くと、回転寿司を食べたりします。なぜだろうと自分でも不思議です。好きか嫌いかと聞かれると、それほど好きではないのですが・・・なぜだろう？ そんな状況でたまたま日本食の本があり、600円くらいで買ってみました。時々挑戦してみます。

What are your favourite Japanese dishes? Sushi? Surprising easy. Gyoza? Very easy. Karaage? Soooooo easy! Tempura? Stupidly easy. Yakitori, yakisoba, miso soup? Easy, easy, easy.
